Questions
About plans and billing.
- What counts as a new proposal?
- Every proposal created in a calendar month counts once, whether from a template, as a duplicate or through the API. Editing, publishing and sending it again does not count.
- What is a seat?
- Each member of the workspace, and each open invitation. The owner counts as one.
- Do my clients pay anything to Luma?
- No. They pay you, by card, into your own Stripe account. Luma’s fee on those payments is 0%; Stripe’s standard processing fees apply.
- How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
- The workspace owner manages it from Settings → Billing, on Stripe’s billing portal: update the card, see invoices, or cancel.
- What happens if a payment fails, or I cancel?
- Nothing is deleted. After a failed renewal the plan keeps working for 7 days. After that, or once a subscription ends, new proposals, publishing, API keys and webhooks pause until the workspace subscribes again, and proposals you have already published stay viewable, acceptable and payable by your clients.
