This policy is part of the Terms of Service of Luma Proposals, operated by Lumetrin Consulting Services LLC. It applies to everyone who uses a Luma account, workspace or API key.
1. Honest proposals
Do not use Luma to:
- impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent who a proposal is from;
- present prices, terms or offers you do not intend to honour, or hide material terms from a recipient;
- collect payment for goods or services that are unlawful, that you cannot provide, or that Stripe's terms prohibit;
- phish for credentials or payment details, or link recipients to anything malicious.
2. Unwanted messages
Do not use Luma to send unsolicited bulk messages or to email people who have not agreed to hear from you, and do not use invitations or proposal emails as a mailing list.
3. Content
Do not upload or publish content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy, that is defamatory, harassing or hateful, that sexually exploits anyone, or that contains malware.
4. Other people's data
- Enter a person's details into Luma only when you have a lawful reason to, and use recipient data only for the proposal it was collected for.
- Do not try to access another workspace, another recipient's proposal, or any data you have not been given access to, and do not try to guess or collect proposal links.
5. The service itself
- Do not probe, scan or test the security of Luma without our written permission. To report a vulnerability, contact security@lumetrin.com.
- Do not get around rate limits, plan limits or access controls, or share API keys or sign-in details to do so.
- Do not overload the service, interfere with other customers' use of it, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer it except as the law allows.
6. What happens if this policy is broken
We may remove content, disable a proposal link, revoke an API key, or suspend or close an account or workspace, as the Terms of Service describe. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we will tell you first. To report misuse of Luma, contact abuse@lumetrin.com.
