Good to know.

Do my clients need an account?: No. They open the link you send, choose a package, accept and pay. No sign-up, no password.
How do I get paid?: Connect your Stripe account once, from your workspace settings. Clients pay by card on Stripe Checkout, and the money goes straight into your Stripe account.
Does Luma take a percentage?: No. Luma’s fee on client payments is 0%. Stripe’s standard processing fees apply, as they do to any Stripe payment. You pay Luma only for your plan.
Can I take a deposit rather than the full price?: Yes. Each package can take a deposit, a percentage or a fixed amount, paid when the client accepts. For a recurring package Luma collects the first period; later periods are yours to invoice.
What if a link goes to the wrong person?: Revoke it. A revoked link stops working immediately, and you can send a new one to the right client.
Can I use my own branding?: Yes, on Starter and Pro: your logo, colours and typeface.
